1. Non-disclosure agreements among us and all the contractors. 2. All the contractors will operate in the remote desktop in Azure, which copy/paste restriction. Activity tracking enabled in all the remote desktops. Every contractor has their own account. 3. Video recording is on while contractor is working on projects. 4. All the remote desktops are in a isolate vNet in Azure, with Windows Defender on. 5. Regular check ups on the contractors's activities in the remote desktops. 6. Data are securely staged in Azure, and deleted after project completion. We have zero data retention policy for customer data.
