As an Underwriting Operations Analyst, I liaise with both onshore and offshore teams to manage workflow and resolve operational issues. I act as the first point of contact for underwriting stakeholders, supporting international cyber and PL lines. I also implement corrective action plans and support business-critical projects as directed by the Operations Lead.
• Managed daily workflow between onshore and offshore underwriting operations teams.
• Provided prompt and effective resolution of underwriting stakeholder concerns.
• Supported the full submission-to-booking process for international lines.
