Prompt + Response Writing (SFT)In my experience with data labeling and AI training, I’ve had the opportunity to evaluate and enhance NLP-based AI systems. I’ve compared and rated the quality of different AI assistants and prompts, as well as judged the overall effectiveness of hypothetical dialogues between customers and AI chatbots. A key project I worked on involved improving chatbot responsiveness and accuracy using Amazon's online shopping application, which significantly enhanced the AI’s ability to respond to customer prompts. I’ve also created unique prompts to expand the capabilities of AI chatbots, helping streamline their performance. Through detailed analysis, I’ve judged chatbot responses based on several aspects of content and quality, always focusing on making interactions clearer, more relevant, and helpful to users.
