Was assigned an occupation based on background and project needs, even if it did not align perfectly with previous experience. Many others noted being assigned to roles different from their primary background, but similar, and in most cases could still be accomplished often requiring similar skills or knowledge shown in your background. The training involved creating both prompts (requests) and responses (deliverables) with specific requirements and criteria for what should be included as well as how, why, etc. In order to be accepted into the project, you needed to pass the onboarding quiz, which required nuanced understanding of the criteria required to perform the project successfully, and involved hours of learning material across multiple sites/platforms.
