Medical DicomAn expert in clinical data science, statistical programming, and machine learning, I have been training LLMs in clinical research settings for 2+ years to perform text recognition and evaluating and comparing prompt-generated scripts.
In this project data was labeled by identifying key video frames in which a mouse took a certain action, to be chosen among a list of predetermined actions.
Evaluated SQL, Python, and Java prompt responses when flagged with errors. Determined whether there was actually an error on the part of the AI and, if there was, explained what that error was.
Compared two scripts generated by the same prompt and evaluated for correctness and instruction-following. Identified one script as the better response where possible.
Worked with large database of electronic health records - evaluated appropriate identification of areas containing pseudo-PHI.
Evaluated LLM-generated scripts in python, SQL, and java for correctness and instruction-following.
