This experience involved annotating behavioral data from crayfish escape-response trials using video recordings. Spatial coordinates and movement metrics were extracted through careful analysis of high-speed footage. There was a strong emphasis on accurate kinematic quantification for each specimen studied. • Annotated key points on crayfish to track movement and escape behavior. • Utilized ImageJ software for precise frame-by-frame analysis. • Organized spatial coordinates data for downstream statistical analysis. • Maintained high attention to detail for scientific rigor.
