In this role, I focus on making high-fidelity English and Swahili transcription and data quality to improve the accuracy and safety of AI models: • Perform high-fidelity English and Swahili transcription using strict verbatim standards and precise time-stamping. • Compare different AI responses and rank them based on how helpful, safe, and accurate they are for the end user. • Improve English-Swahili language and data to make sure it sounds natural and fits the specific way we actually speak in Kenya. • Check facts in AI outputs and flag anything wrong or made up. • Test complex, multi-step prompts to see if the model can truly follow instructions and maintain logical thinking.
