I’ve spent a huge amount of my time in the trenches of RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), basically acting as a personal trainer for language models. Instead of just checking boxes, I focus on the hard stuff: untangling complex logic, catching subtle factual errors, and making sure the tone doesn't sound like a robot (ironic, I know). My "bread and butter" is taking messy, ambiguous prompts and turning them into clear, high-quality responses that help models actually understand human intent rather than just guessing the next word. What really sets me apart is my "BS detector." I’m great at spotting when a model is hallucinating or being "technically correct" but totally useless. Whether I’m debugging code or refining creative writing, I prioritize quality over quantity. I don't just label data, I look at the edge cases that usually trip models up and help bridge that gap between cold data and natural, helpful conversation.
