I introduced AI-assisted workflows into user research operations to streamline study setup and analysis for the team. I led the design and implementation of a custom GPT-based repository offering research and product teams direct access to labeled user knowledge. Responsibilities included setting guidelines for responsible AI use in labeling processes and maintaining scalable insight systems.
