Software engineer with both professional and academic experience in Machine Learning. A particular project I worked on was developing the framework for a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) onto an FPGA for an image classification application. The tools used for this project are Xilinx and the VHDL programming language. Additionally, I also have academic experience with machine learning and training a CNN to classify 23 different categories of marine life. This work was performed using the Julia programming language and the Jupyter Notebook.
