I have over one-year experiene of participating an initiative to enhance the performance, reliability, and safety of a powering AI platform. The project focused on systematic human evaluation to identify weaknesses and drive data-driven improvements for the AI Model by Bytedance. During the project, I authored a comprehensive evaluation rubric defining standards for to ensure consistent and objective assessment of AI responses. and created a diverse suite of test prompts covering common use cases, complex multi-step queries, edge cases, and potential adversarial inputs to rigorously stress-test the model. I also conducted head-to-head (A/B) evaluations between different model versions, prompt engineering strategies, and parameter configurations.
