Security Overview

The company has built an all-round information security defense line covering the entire process of data processing cooperation, with core security measures running through all links of supplier management. At the access stage, it strictly verifies suppliers' compliance certificates and security certifications, signs legal agreements and conducts mandatory security training to control security qualifications from the source. During the cooperation and execution phase, it regularly audits suppliers' operation logs and monitors behaviors such as data export and abnormal access. For the operation of sensitive data, a double-review system is implemented with full traceability of the whole process, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Data Security Law, the Personal Information Protection Law and the signed confidentiality agreements. Meanwhile, a risk monitoring and early warning mechanism is established to conduct a quantitative assessment of data security risks, and a 48-hour special review is initiated for incidents such as security audit violations and information leaks.
