Freelancer Overview

My main skill is turning spoken information into accurate, bilingual data. While volunteering, I translated and transcribed long Mandarin and English interviews for health research. This job taught me to be extremely careful with data quality and how to manage large amounts of audio files accurately. I also gained strong research and analysis skills during my internship with the Queensland Police Service. I took complex data and official statements and turned them into simple summaries and policy ideas. In short, I am skilled at analyzing difficult information and communicating it clearly in both English and Mandarin.
