During my tenure at Scale AI, which spanned from July 2023 to July 2024, I advanced through roles that centered on enhancing AI-driven content, culminating in my position as Lead AI Quality Assurance Manager for the Italian market. My responsibilities involved stringent supervision over AI content projects to ensure they adhered to high quality standards and precise client requirements. I served as the ultimate quality checkpoint for all deliverables, certifying that each met detailed project specifications and upheld excellence prior to client submission. In this leadership role, I also organized and led training sessions and meetings for project teams and freelancers, managing a Slack channel dedicated to quality assurance which supported over 500 freelancers. Prior to this, I held the position of Content Quality Specialist and Prompt Engineer from July to October 2023, where I was tasked with developing and refining content for AI projects, ensuring compliance with project guidelines. My work included analyzing and optimizing user-generated prompts to boost their effectiveness in AI applications. I collaborated closely with content specialists to enhance workflows and project efficiency, and actively participated in ongoing training to keep pace with evolving AI technologies and methodologies.
