Freelancer Overview

I am a language lover. I was born in South Korea, therefore the Korean language has been my first and ultimate goal of love. At the same time, having started to learn English from the age of 11, I’ve always wanted to explore it and expand my knowledge about it for more than 25 years. I majored in French Language and Literature, from the College of Liberal Arts at Yonsei University, and the study was focused on a variety of western linguistics and literature including English, French, and Russian. After graduation, I joined Samsung Engineering as a contract administrator, of which the work was related to researching and editing English legal contracts with foreign clients such as Aramco and Petronas. My workplaces following Samsung include Stanton Chase(HR specialist) and Ganco(California&Seoul based airport service provider). A few years ago, I founded my own company called “Kiwi Brown”. It’s a surf shop and travel agent based in Jeju Island. All my past work experiences are focused on communicating, letter writing, proof-reading and editing, both in Korean and English. And I’m sure my experience and ability can contribute to your business.
