I needed to build a ML based classifier that could classify customer feedback into different groups such as pickup related, out of stock, customer service, late shipping etc. In order to train the model, I had to first build a training data set that I manually labeled to train the model. I did this for different customer feedback forms for different areas of the business in order to train multiple ML models.
