I perform Quality Assurance (QA) in NLP/text annotation within the cosmetics domain, working with products such as Luron under Buyline Industries Limited, where I ensure high accuracy and consistency in labeled data used for AI model training. My role involves validating sentiment (including mixed sentiment), verifying correct entity recognition (e.g., product names, ingredients, and skin concerns), and ensuring proper intent classification (inquiries, complaints, reviews) in customer feedback. I identify and correct errors such as mislabeling, missed entities, and inconsistencies, while strictly adhering to annotation guidelines and maintaining high inter-annotator agreement (IAA). Through structured QA workflows—including self-review, audits, and feedback loops—I consistently achieve accuracy benchmarks of 95% or higher, ensuring reliable, high-quality datasets for applications like customer insight analysis and product recommendation systems.
