I have hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) through my academic work, where I regularly leveraged AI tools to support research, analysis, and content generation. This involved prompt engineering, evaluating model outputs against task objectives, and iteratively refining responses to improve accuracy, coherence, and relevance. I became familiar with concepts such as response evaluation, bias identification, and alignment with expected outputs, effectively performing tasks similar to data annotation and quality assurance for AI-generated content. In addition, I have experience working with structured datasets during my internship at SafeWork NSW, where I cleaned, validated, and analysed over 2,000 data points using Excel. I also have working familiarity with SQL for querying and Tableau for visualisation. My approach is detail-oriented and systematic, with a strong focus on consistency, edge case handling, and adherence to guidelines, making me well-suited for AI training data workflows and evaluation processes.
