TextI have experience in AI content training and evaluation through my work with Outlier, where I contributed to projects involving Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), safety alignment, and image-dependent prompt validation. My responsibilities include analyzing prompts and responses, ensuring the prompts and responses align with specific criteria such as safety, localization, image-dependency,and factual accuracy, and providing structured feedback to refine the outputs/responses. I also worked on sensitive content moderation, identifying risks such as violent, political, or explicit material to support the development of responsible AI. Additionally, I worked as a first-level evaluator, reviewing the work of other contributors to maintain consistency, quality, and adherence to project guidelines. This improved my skills in critical analysis, decision-making, and quality assurance. Through these projects, I developed a strong ability to balance detail-oriented evaluation with the broader goal of building safer and more reliable AI systems.
