My background in product management has focused on turning messy human input into structured insight that improves systems. I’ve conducted extensive user research, synthesised patterns in how people think and make decisions, and used those insights to shape experiments and product improvements. This work relies on careful judgement, pattern recognition and consistent interpretation of human intent. More recently, while building an early-stage career discovery product, I’ve been analysing how people describe career uncertainty and structuring those signals into clearer guidance and decision frameworks. That experience — combined with a strong analytical approach and comfort working with ambiguity — gives me a solid foundation for evaluating and improving AI outputs.
