Dusker.ai operates a fully in-house delivery model with no outsourcing or third-party subcontractors, ensuring end-to-end control over client data at every stage of the pipeline. We are SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and HIPAA compliant, supporting workloads across enterprise, healthcare, fintech, and defense sectors. Our security posture is built on role-based access control (RBAC) across all annotation and evaluation platforms, with data encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2+. For sensitive or compliance-bound projects, we operate segregated secure workstations, and our entire workforce is NDA-signed and background-verified. All client data environments are protected by 24/7 monitoring and audit logging, with strict per-project data isolation ensuring no cross-project exposure. Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager as a single point of accountability, and we conduct periodic internal security audits and vulnerability assessments to maintain continuous compliance. For defense and government clients, additional controls — including data sovereignty guarantees, air-gapped workstations, and Indian data residency — are available on request.
