Security Overview

We take client data security seriously and use a controlled-access, least-privilege approach for all projects. Access to client data is restricted to the minimum number of team members required, granted only for the duration of the project, and removed immediately after completion. All team members sign NDAs and follow documented data-handling rules (no personal copies, no sharing outside approved systems, and no use of client data for any purpose other than the project). Client data is stored and transferred using secure methods (encrypted cloud storage and HTTPS/TLS). Work is performed on managed workstations with up-to-date OS patches, antivirus/anti-malware, and host firewalls enabled. We limit data movement by using client-provided tools/workspaces when possible (e.g., Labelbox/Label Studio/Drive/VPC environments), and we keep project folders permissioned and segregated. We also support secure deletion/return of client data at project end and can provide confirmation on request.
