Led a large-scale e-commerce search intent analysis and text annotation project classifying 15,000+ queries by intent. Responsibilities included consistent application of classification rules and ensuring quality checks for structured output to aid AI training. Designed and delivered intent-based structured datasets to inform category and product decisions for the platform. • Extensive experience in classifying natural language queries into intent categories (navigational, transactional, informational). • Managed full project lifecycle from annotation guidelines to dataset delivery. • Applied structured workflows for output consistency across thousands of keywords. • Used proprietary internal tooling for annotation and dataset management.
