Although my background is primarily in Data Platform Engineering at Santander Brasil, my work has consistently intersected with the foundations of high-quality AI systems. Operating within a Data Mesh architecture at scale — serving over 60 million customers — has given me a deep understanding of data quality, governance, and consistency, which are the same principles that underpin reliable AI training data. I have hands-on experience structuring, transforming, and validating large volumes of data using Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake, ensuring that data is not only available but trustworthy and well-documented for downstream consumption. Beyond data engineering, I have a solid foundation in Data Science and AI agent development, with practical experience deploying and operationalizing models in production environments. This gives me a unique perspective when it comes to AI training and labeling — I understand not just how to label data, but why the quality of that data directly impacts model behavior and performance. I am also highly experienced in Python, which makes me well-suited for tutoring and reviewing AI-generated code, evaluating model outputs, and providing meaningful feedback that helps models improve. My ability to think both as an engineer and as someone who works close to AI systems makes me a strong candidate for projects involving model training, RLHF, code review, and technical content evaluation.
