Security Overview
We follow industry best practices for data security and privacy: - All client data is handled confidentially - Data is stored securely during project work - Data is deleted after project completion (or as per client request) - No data is shared with third parties - Communication through secure channels only - We sign NDAs when required As a small data services provider, we do not currently hold enterprise security certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.), but we maintain strict data handling protocols and work primarily with startups and small teams on non-sensitive training datasets. For projects involving sensitive data (medical, financial, personal information), we recommend clients use their own secure infrastructure and annotation tools, with us working within their systems.
