AI Intern – Resume Parsing and Entity Recognition
As an AI Intern, I contributed to the development of a recruitment automation system that extracted candidate information from submitted resumes. My primary responsibilities included designing and refining prompts for LLM-based workflows, focusing on accurate data extraction and information parsing. I also implemented entity recognition in resumes and assisted with workflow automation for HR decision support. • Built and iteratively improved entity extraction prompts for resume parsing. • Labeled and classified various sections and fields of text resumes for AI model training. • Ensured quality and consistency by validating extracted entities. • Utilized internal and open-source tools, including Langgraph and n8n, to automate data labeling tasks.
