Security Overview
We treat your data the way we'd want ours treated. Security isn't a section we fill out for compliance, it's how we actually run projects. Every person who works on a Digitalanta task, whether full-time staff or a contracted annotator, signs an NDA before they see a single file. Access to project data is role-scoped from day one and revoked when the work is done. In practice, this means: Annotators only see the data relevant to their specific task nothing more We follow client-defined protocols for how data is stored, accessed, and transferred Where required, we set up restricted device environments and monitored workflows Our QA process checks data integrity alongside output quality at every review stage Our team is trained on data privacy and confidentiality before deployment and that training is refreshed as standards evolve, not treated as a one-time onboarding checkbox. On formal certification: we're currently working toward ISO 27001. We won't overstate where we are in that process, but the controls it requires: access management, confidentiality agreements, secure handling, and audit trails are already in place. We're formalizing what we already do. We understand that working with OpenAI means operating at a high bar for data responsibility. That's a bar we're actively building toward, and we're open to any additional requirements or security reviews as part of the onboarding process.
