The Plan is administered by Legal Settlement Solutions Inc. (“LSS”) and provides (A) General Legal Services, (B) a Violations Program, and (C) Creditor Suite Defense Benefits. General Legal Services ‐ The General Legal Services are listed in the List of General Legal Services (the “List”) below. As an Active Member, you have access to attorneys where you live who have agreed to provide you with many General Legal Services at no additional charge and other specified General Legal Services for substantially reduced fees. Read the List carefully. Keep a copy of the List handy so you can easily find it when a legal need arises. See the List of General Legal Services (the “List”) below. IMPORTANT – So long as you are an Active Member all the General Legal Services are available to ‐‐‐  you,  your spouse or domestic partner,  your dependent children who are under the age of 25, and any dependent relatives living in your home such as a parent or grandparent. Violations Program ‐ There are Federal laws that protect consumers. Many creditors and bill collectors ignore these laws on a regular basis. Violations of these laws are common.
