In this project I analyzed internal workplace communication statements and applied a structured labeling system to them. For each statement I identified the Statement Type, Urgency Level, and Scope using defined rules, priority hierarchies, and override conditions. This required careful reading, interpretation, and consistency across batches, especially when multiple labels could apply or when escalation, risk language, or special overrides changed the expected outcome. I followed detailed annotation guidelines and handled edge cases to ensure clean, rule-aligned labels for downstream model training and evaluation tasks.
