As Director of Innovation & AI, I led the development of AI products using large language models (LLMs) and implemented tools with prompt engineering. My responsibilities included driving AI adoption throughout the organization and designing workflows that required writing prompts and feedback loops for LLM-based systems. I was hands-on with daily AI model tuning in Claude Code and other similar environments.
