I am an experienced AI Trainer and Data Annotator specializing in healthcare, instructional writing, and complex text evaluation. I’ve contributed to multi-platform AI training initiatives across Mindrift, Scale AI, Telus, and Data Annotation Tech, supporting large-scale SFT, classification, relationship mapping, content generation, and high-accuracy evaluation/rating tasks. My background in healthcare operations and clinical workflows allows me to create precise, context-rich prompts, case studies, and documentation that strengthen model reasoning, safety, and real-world alignment. I bring consistent quality, fast turnaround, and an expert ability to translate nuanced requirements into clean, structured, and reliable training data.

Users increasingly seek emotional support and mental health guidance from AI systems. These AI interactions are called affective conversations. Affective Conversation with AI: The user engages directly with an AI chatbot in personal exchanges. The user is motivated by emotional or psychological needs. The user seeks interpersonal advice, coaching, therapy, counseling, companionship, or sexual/romantic roleplay. The primary goal in this project is to ensure responsible handling of these conversations through appropriate deflection strategies and professional referrals to protect vulnerable users. We will focus on demonstrating empathy and appropriate deflection rather than attempting to provide direct support for vulnerable users engaging in affective conversations.
Visual Comparison: Choose the more accurate image, noting color, sharpness, and details. Spot the Difference: Find and describe mismatches between visuals. Write Dialogues: Create natural conversations from video clips. Describe Visuals: Summarize images and short videos concisely.
Specialised writing professional whose primary responsibility is to create content designed to train AI models. Unlike conventional writing roles, where the target audience is human, AI Tutor - Writers create content that speaks directly to AI. This content can include everything from simple prompts to complex multi-turn dialogues that help AI systems learn and improve their responses. Responsibilities of an AI Tutor - Writer AI Tutor - Writers produce a wide range of text formats, including prompts, responses and dialogues. Prompts are simple instructions or questions that guide the AI in generating specific types of responses. These can include things like creative writing tasks, sentiment analysis tasks or basic question answering. The clarity and specificity of prompts are crucial, as they set the scene for the AI’s output. Responses are model-generated outputs that the AI Tutor - Writer works to refine to ensure clarity, accuracy and appropriateness. These responses can range
• Curated and standardized healthcare documents—including patient intake forms, administrative workflows, and clinical protocols—to strengthen AI model training accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. • Designed and tested realistic healthcare queries that replicated real-world clinical and administrative scenarios, ensuring robust AI performance across diverse use cases. • Conducted critical reviews of AI-generated outputs to validate accuracy, terminology precision, and alignment with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, CMS, payer guidelines). • Delivered structured, actionable feedback to cross-functional data science and product teams, accelerating AI model refinement and adoption within clinical workflows. • Partnered with compliance, clinical, and operations leaders to align AI training data with evolving healthcare documentation standards and regulatory expectations.
