AI Data Annotation as a Generalist and Data Analysis Models
I worked on training and improving AI models by reviewing, correcting, and labelling data. My role was to make sure the AI gives accurate, clear, and useful answers. I checked AI responses, fixed mistakes, and followed guidelines to improve overall quality. I consistently maintained a 4.9 QA rating, showing strong attention to detail and high-quality work. In this project, I labelled and organised data to support AI training and reviewed responses to ensure they were correct and made sense. I identified errors, corrected them, and improved responses to make them clearer and more useful. I also checked data outputs to ensure insights and analysis were accurate and reliable, while following instructions carefully to maintain consistency across tasks. My work included reviewing AI-generated data analysis and correcting mistakes, comparing different responses to select the best one, and fixing unclear or incorrect outputs. I also summarised data into simple insights and reviewed business and customer service responses to ensure they were accurate and easy to understand. Through this work, I developed strong skills in data annotation, data analysis, quality checking, and problem-solving. I used tools like Excel and Google Sheets to support my tasks and maintained a high level of accuracy throughout.
