Physical security: - Access-controlled entry (badge or biometric) with per-person logged entry/exit. - CCTV covering workstations and entry points. - No personal devices, phones, or cameras inside labeling zones — locker storage at entry. - Visitor log and mandatory escort. Cybersecurity - Isolated network segment for labeling workstations; no internet access beyond whitelisted annotation tools. - VDI or thin clients so client data never lands on local disk; disable USB ports, printing, and clipboard/screenshot where the annotation tool supports it. - MFA, SSO, role-based access with least privilege. Employee confidentiality and data handling - Project-specific NDAs signed before access is provisioned. - Background checks are proportional to data sensitivity. - Mandatory onboarding training on GDPR and secure handling, refreshed annually, with attestation logged.
