UI/UX Designer

Project Overview / Instructions

Contributors should be able to demonstrate strong UI/UX fundamentals, including user-centered design practices, usability awareness, and translating business requirements into interface solutions. They should have experience collaborating with product managers and developers, understanding product lifecycles, and producing clear, coherent design rationale and recommendations. Familiarity with standard design workflows (requirements → concepts → iteration) is expected. Contributors will review design inputs and user needs, generate or refine design recommendations aligned to business requirements, and provide structured feedback or scoring on how well proposed experiences meet usability and user-centered goals. Work will support iterative product development by turning requirements into effective design direction and actionable guidance.
