AI Training & Evaluation Specialist

Required qualifications: Prior experience working on remote AI platforms Demonstrated experience performing AI training, AI evaluation, annotation, ranking, or data labeling tasks. Ability to complete client qualification/onboarding assessments (some with one attempt). Excellent English reading and writing skills, reliable computer and internet connection, and strong independence and attention to detail. Candidates must follow the assessment AI-usage policy and not rely on major generative AI tools to produce assessment answers. Project overview: Contributors will complete client onboarding/qualification assessments and then work on AI training and evaluation tasks tailored to their strengths. Tasks may include evaluating and ranking AI-generated outputs, performing prompt evaluation, conducting natural language and reasoning assessments, and contributing to data labeling and quality review for model improvement. Work is focused on providing high-quality human feedback to train and improve AI models.
