Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, Localization, Communications, or a related field, with at least 5 years of professional localization or translation experience. Native or near-native Chinese (Simplified) proficiency and minimum C1 English skills (reading and writing) are required, along with proven expertise in MQM/LQA concepts and proficiency with CAT tools and QA workflows. Strong editorial judgment, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to fact-check using reliable sources are essential. You will develop prompts and responses, assess and enhance AI-generated content, and provide expert-quality feedback and model solutions in both Chinese and English. The work involves ranking and comparing multiple AI responses, optimizing model performance, and ensuring linguistic and contextual accuracy across diverse topics and use cases. Your contributions will help train and refine industry-leading AI models in a fully remote, flexible setting.
