AI Question and Answer Evaluation Specialist

Project Overview / Instructions

Develop original, challenging question-and-answer pairs that test advanced AI models across diverse subjects. You will research answers through source triangulation, create multi-step questions requiring synthesis and analytical reasoning, test and refine your content against model outputs, document citations and explanations, and incorporate reviewer feedback while meeting project quality standards. This contractor role is open to candidates, advanced-degree holders, and professionals from varied academic or professional backgrounds with demonstrated research and writing ability. Fluency in written English, careful source evaluation, strong attention to detail, independent judgment, and reliable remote work habits are required. Prior AI training, evaluation, or content-creation experience is helpful but not required.
